Visa application
All foreign exhibitors and visitors to PR China must apply for visa and comply with the health requirement on entering into China. Please ensure that all your colleagues and accompanies have already obtained the relevant visa prior to departure.
Applying for the Invitation Letter requires the following documents (including but not limited to), such as: a copy of the personal information page of the passport, exhibitor registration information, daily itinerary in China, payment slips, etc. You are recommended to prepare relevant documents in advance to avoid any impact on the progress of your visa applications.

Travel to Shenzhen
By train, bus or by plane, Shenzhen is easily accessible from within China and from overseas.
By plane
Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport is a 4F civil transport airport about 32 kilometers away from the urban area. It is one of the world's top 100 airports, an international hub airport, one of China's twelve major trunk airports, and one of China's four major air cargo centers and express distribution centers.
By train
From Hong Kong, China:
- Visitors can access Shenzhen by taking the High Speed Rail from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. The journey takes around 30mins to reach Shenzhen Futian Railway Station. Click here to view the schedule and ticket prices.
Alternatively, you can take the MTR (subway) directly to Shenzhen Luohu station and Lok Ma Chau station. Click here for further details.
Domestic visitors:
Shenzhen has six railway stations serving domestic routes across China. Among them, Shenzhen Railway Station, Shenzhen North Railway Station and Futian Station are the most popular choices among commuters.
- Shenzhen Railway Station
Also known as Shenzhen Luohu station, It locates on Heping Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, right next to Luohu checkpoint. It is the southern terminus of the Guangzhou Shenzhen railway. - Shenzhen North Railway Station
It is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, also called new Shenzhen station or Shenzhen new passenger station. - Futian Station
It handles the arrival and departure of high-speed trains. The Beijing-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong passenger dedicated line stops here.

Centrally located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen with well-connected transport links.

From the Airport
The venue is located north of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, approximately 7 km from Terminal 3 of Shenzhen Airport. Upon arrival at Bao'an Airport, you may take Metro Line 20 from Airport North Station to Shenzhen World Station, or take a taxi from the airport to the venue.
By Metro
Metro Lines 12 and 20 serve Shenzhen World Station via Exits C1 and C2. Click here to view the Shenzhen Metro map and ticketing information.
Via the Railways
The venue is next to Fuhai West Railway Station along the Shenzhen Maoming Railway and the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Inter-city Railway.
For rail and high-speed rail travellers arriving at Futian, Shenzhen North or Shenzhen East high-speed railway stations, you may take the metro to Guozhan Station, or take the metro to Tangwei Station and transfer to the shuttle bus for direct access to the venue.
By Bus
Take Bus Route No. 615 / M515 and get off at “Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center” station and walk to the venue.

By Taxi
The starting fare is RMB 10 for the first 2 km and RMB 2.70 per km afterward (exact fares are subject to the latest official updates). It will charge around RMB 60 from Bao'an International Airport to Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.
